1. Go to the Device Manager

2. Go to Mice and other pointing devices.

3. Right click on the touchscreen device > Uninstall Device > Delete driver.

4. Refresh the Device manager. It should reinstall as an HID-compliant mouse.

5. Now in the HID section there will be an HID-compliant touch screen.

6. Restart computer.
