Error:

“Something went wrong
We’re sorry, but we weren’t able to do that
    Error code 0x80004005”


This is due to user privacy settings set to their highest value during the initial windows setup.


Fix:


1.  Type “Email Privacy” in the windows search bar and hit enter.  The email settings panel will open.


2.  Toggle the Email “If you allow access…” button to “on” and retry entering account information.  If it still doesn't work make sure the toggle stayed on, restart the system, and try entering again.
